Bolivian citizens may request a duplicate Marriage Certificate from the Consular Section of the Embassy.
Requirements:
Send a copy of your passport or identity card to boliviaconsularlahaya@gmail.com
For its respective legalization before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, you must bring the certificate and its translation to said instance. The consulate can issue a translation for a cost of 10 USD.
