Bolivians may request a duplicate Birth Certificate from the Consular Section of the Embassy, or apply for it through the Consulate Online application at the link:

Requirements:
- Passport or identity card.
- If you do it through the Consulate Online application, it is processed directly in the application.
- If you need to do it directly in the section consult, send the copy of the identity document to the e-mail boliviaconsularlahaya@gmail.com.
The apostille is done in Bolivia, however if legalization is required for use in the Netherlands, the legalization process must be carried out before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, for which you must take the certificate and its translation to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands:
The consulate can issue a translation upon request.
