The Birth Certificate is issued at the moment of the registration. For persons over eighteen years old, the procedure must be done in Bolivia directly.<\/p>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>International Birth Certificate of the minor, legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.<\/li>\n<li>Photocopy of the passports or ID cards of both parents.<\/li>\n<li>Birth certificate of both parents. (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of marriage of the parents.
